General Qualifying Requirements
Here are some of the requirements and qualifications for this free program.
– Qualifying individuals and families must:
– have an income of $13,850 or greater.
– have an annual income of $79,000 or less if filing single.
– have an income of $101,000 or less if filing with a spouse or is claiming anyone else.
– Before you start, please have the following documents:
– Photo ID for all individuals involved (not miners).
– Social Security cards for all individuals.
– Childcare agency’s ID, or the name and
– Social Security number of the childcare provider.
– Banking information to include routing number and account for direct deposit.
– W2s or 1099 or 1098 for all employment or unemployment compensation for the filing year.
– Form 1098-T for all higher education attended by individuals or dependents during the year.
